Peyia is a very popular village both with tourists and residents alike. The village centre has excellent amenities including a selection of restaurants bars, supermarket, butchers and bakers. It is also only 5 minutes drive from the popular tourist area of Coral Bay.

Large bright open plan living room stylishly furnished with leather sofas leading onto the very large patio area, with sea views. Sky satellite TV showing freeview channels and a DVD player. Books and games are also provided.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Master bedroom with en-suite on first floor with king sized bed, patio doors leading to balcony with beautiful mountain views. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are on the ground floor, one has twin beds whilst the other has a double bed. On the ground floor is a bathroom with bath, shower hand basin and wc. Downstairs cloakroom with hand basin and wc.
Kitchen and Dining
Fully fitted modern kitchen which is well equipped and has everything you need for entertaining with split level cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Dining table and seating for 6.
Outside Area
Large patio area overlooking a large private pool (10 x 5 metre). There is a BBQ and plenty of patio furniture and sun loungers to relax on. Plenty of shaded areas with a seating area at the front of the Villa. This Villa also has a beautiful roof terrace with wonderful views.
Additional Information
Bed linen and bath towels are provided and changed weekly. Taxi transfers can be arranged upon request. A Highchair and cot can be provided at an extra charge please enquire.
