Open plan living room with open fire and comfortable sofas. A TV, DVD and Video players are provided for your entertainment. Patio doors lead to a covered terrace beside the pool, complete with a patio table & chairs and many sun loungers.

Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor. 2nd double bedroom and two further twin rooms each with their own ensuite are on the first floor. Bedroom one and two enjoy a large shared balcony with amazing sea views . Bedroom 3 has views of rolling countryside and mountains.

Modern well equipped kitchen with; Oven, Hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board, airer and iron. Dining table and seating for 8. Patio doors lead from the kitchen onto a furnished undercover terrace.

The villa has a surrounding garden with a private 6 x 12m pool with ample sunbathing areas. A Barbecue and outside furniture is provided to enjoy al fresco meals throughout the summer. Plenty of room for private parking provided.

All linen is changed weekly. Airport transfers and welcome pack can be arranged if required. A Travel cot is available if required. A Hire Car is recommended for this property. The owners stipulate a strict 11.00am departure time unless otherwise arranged.
